Qdex App Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Qdex App ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the App.

Qdex App is a profile card social network designed for connecting individuals and professionals through customized profile cards.

3.1. You are required to create an account to use the App.

3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

3.3. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3.4. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your profile card.

You agree not to:

• 4.1. Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• 4.2. Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• 4.3. Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• 4.4. Create false or misleading profile cards.
• 4.5. Use the App to spam or solicit other users without their consent.
• 4.6. Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers or networks connected to the App.
• 4.7. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or other users' accounts.
• 4.8. Use the App for any commercial purposes without our express consent.

5.1. You retain all rights to the content you post on your profile card.

5.2. By posting content, you grant Qdex App a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.

5.3. You are solely responsible for the content you post and its accuracy.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Qdex App and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

In no event shall Qdex App, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

9.1. By voluntarily providing your phone number through the Qdex card sharing feature on our website, you consent to receive a one-time SMS text message containing a link to the requested digital business card.

9.2. You understand that this consent is not a condition of any purchase or use of our services.

9.3. Message frequency: One message per request. No recurring messages will be sent.

9.4. Message and data rates may apply.

9.5. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message received from Qdex.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
